Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you complete authority over your e-mail box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can forward mail messages from one email box to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponders and guard your e-mailbox accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email accounts and modify the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you wish to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest.
